Hungary’s Muslim communities condemn terror attacks

Budapest (MTI) – The series of attacks was an act of terrorism for which there is no explanation, the Church of Muslims in Hungary told MTI in the wake of the Paris terror attacks.

The attacks were not related to any single religion, nationality or ancestry, the church said.

Islam condemns violence and the intimidation of the innocent and considers the breach of peace, security, law and order as unacceptable, whoever the offender may be, it said.

The Hungarian Islamic Community said cowardly terrorists have massacred innocent people in Paris, for which no religion can provide justification. They said the world must take action against all extremist forces, against racist, discriminative thinking and activities.

  1. it is just the use of Taqiyya, Deception is part of Islam. Allah is a deceiver. Mohammed was a deceiver, and therefore, every Muslim can be a deceiver. It is so special that it has a name, Taqiyya. It is also a part of jihad.

The Muslims have been using lying and deceptive tactics to advance Islam. . It is acceptable to all Muslims according to their prophet Muhammad in the their Koran.

Yes, a muslim can lie (Taqiya) about islam if it serves islam to the Kafir (non-muslim). You and I are left out because you see Islam is not a symmetric ethical system. The golden rule is symmetric. “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” That is, there’s a balance here; the other and yourself are seen as equal. But in Islam if you’re a Kafir, you’re never equal to the Muslim. Islam does not have a golden rule. The Kafir is always inferior. Let’s start with the fact that Allah has 99 names and one of those 99 names is he is the best of deceivers. There’s a hadith, a fairly well-known hadith, in which there are three reasons for Muslims to lie. One is jihad, that is the struggle against the Kafir. So a Muslim can lie to you anytime he needs to advance Islam.

Muslims mostly use Quran 5:32 after attacks like this. (if still a minority)

Here is 5:32 in its context, with all words included (emphasis mine):
“On that account: We ordained for the Children of Israel (JEWS NOT said to MUSLIMS) that if any one slew a person – unless it be for murder or for spreading mischief in the land – it would be as if he slew the whole people: and if any one saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of the whole people. Then although there came to them Our apostles with clear signs, yet, even after that, many of them continued to commit excesses in the land.”

It explicitly states that this was a commandment to the Children of Israel, i.e. the Jews! This is not a commandment to all people, and it certainly should not be misused as if this is Allah’s command to Muhammad’s people. Even if this were a command to the Muslims, there’s still an escape clause: “unless it be for murder or spreading mischief in the land.” If someone is “spreading mischief”, he can still be killed.

As if this weren’t obvious enough from the verse itself, the Qur’an further expounds this point in the very next verse. 5:33 says

“The punishment of those who wage war against God and His Apostle, and strive with might and main for mischief through the land is: execution, or crucifixion, or the cutting off of hands and feet from opposite sides, or exile from the land: that is their disgrace in this world, and a heavy punishment is theirs in the Hereafter.”

This verse is referring to the Muslims, not the Jews anymore, as we can tell in the shift from past tense to present tense. And here, the punishment for mischief is clearly prescribed: execution, crucifixion, mutilation, or at the least, exile. This is the command given to the Muslims. Quite clearly, it does not teach what the Muslims proclaim it teaches; in fact, it teaches almost the exact opposite.

  2. Not related to any religion? That is a lie! These terrorists were not Baptists, they were not Buddhists, they were not even atheists. These terrorists were followers of Islam, Muslims, every single one of them. The attackers were doing so, in the name of Islam, they justified the killings in the name of Islam, and they were shouting the most often heard phrase that is associated with Islam. That makes it a religiously motivated attack, and that religion is Islam.

  3. I want to add Péter, their actions are justified by the teachings of islam and the example of their “prophet”! IS is how their “prophet” lived and preached.
