An exhibition of the work of the Netherlandish painter Hieronymus Bosch at Budapest’s Museum of Fine Arts has drawn more than 200,000 visitors since it opened on April 9, the museum said on Saturday.
The show, dubbed “Between Hell and Paradise – The Enigmatic World of Hieronymus Bosch”, features around 90 works, including ten Bosch paintings, close to half of the artist’s painted oeuvre. The exhibition closes on July 17, but will be open from nine in the morning until nine in the evening for the last three days.
