Free music festival: The Downtown Festival celebrates live music every year in the 5th district. Besides the diverse musical selection, visitors can enjoy film screenings, dance performances and kids’ workshops.

Hungarian gastronomy at market halls: The market scene is quite rich in the city, so it’s no surprise that tourists adore tasting Hungarian flavours at markets. The current favourites are probably the Great Market Hall and the Downtown Market, which are perfect spots for sampling traditional Hungarian food.
