Nobu might sound familiar, as recently, the American president, Donald Trump was banned from all restaurants belonging to this franchise created by chef Nobu Matsuhisa and actor Robert De Niro. The first Central European restaurant belonging to this chain was set up in Kempinski Hotel Corvinus. This restaurant is a very experimental one, serving fusions between the Japanese, the Peruvian and the Hungarian cuisine. Have we piqued your curiosity? If so, then try the goose liver páté with salmon or the traditional Nobu dishes. It is worth popping by around lunchtime for the ‘business lunch’ menu, which serves miso soup, the chef’s daily sushi recommendation and ice-cream.
